Our custom designed pizza truck adds unique character and ambiance to your party. It has a self-contained commercial freezer/fridge, generator, lights, and a refrigerated work table. The truck is 27 ft long and 8 ft wide. Our authentic wood-fired oven was made by hand from brick and mortar. All of our authentic wood-fired pizzas are prepared with fresh made dough and topped with handmade freshwater mozzarella, homemade imported Italian tomato sauce, and fresh basil. Farm fresh veggies and quality meat toppings are also available. 

General Info

We arrive about 45 minutes before scheduled serve time. We serve our 12” Margherita pizza with several pizza toppings for you and your guests to choose from based on your party size. Specialty pizzas are available for an additional charge. We make unlimited pizza for your group size.  We start by serving buffet style. After the initial rush, guests are welcome to make special requests. We can accommodate vegetarian, dairy free & gluten sensitive diets - just let us know ahead. We also have our traditional shredded mozzarella on hand for those who prefer a traditional pizza taste. Paper plates, napkins, and seasonings are included. While we do have a generator, we can plug into your outlet to keep things quieter.

Deposit & Payment

We require a $250 deposit to hold a date. No party is considered booked until the deposit is received. Deposits can be returned if the party is canceled with at least a 15-day notice. If your party is canceled with less than a 15-day notice, we will retain your deposit to be used for a future date. In the event of a same day cancellation due to weather, we will retain your deposit and you can reschedule up to one year in advance and your deposit will be applied in full. There is a 3.5% credit card processing fee for credit card payment. Additional fees will be applied for travel distances more than 30 miles from East Hanover. Should your venue require local permits such as health and fire, we will bill you for those costs.

Take Home Pizza:  Occasionally guests want to take pizza home. This is not included in the cost. Just let us know if you would like to provide take home pizza and we will bill you at $10-$14 per pie depending on the pizza type.

PIZZA TRUCK RATES

• Up to 40 guests: $995 (4 toppings - 2 hr. serve time)

• 41-75 guests: $1,295  (4 toppings - 2 hr. serve time)

• 76-100 guests: $1,595  (5 toppings - 2.5 hr. serve time)

• 101-125 guests: $1,895 (5 toppings - 2.5 hr serve time)

• 126-150 guests: $2,175 (6 toppings - 2.5 hr. serve time)
